Thirty-five years ago, we planted the first apple trees and since then we have been introducing new trees. Today we have around 2006 apple trees in the grounds of our farmhouse.

From the very beginning it was clear to us that all our apple orchards and our working procedures would be organic. In those early days, organic farming was not very common, but it was the way we wanted to do things, well and with respect.
We are convinced that time has proved us right.

In our apple orchard we currently grow around 30 different types of apples from the Basque Country.
We have carried out a slow and elaborate selection process to achieve the characteristic complexity of our cider, using a combination of certain types of apples. Three main groups result from our blend: acid, bitter and neutral.
Our aim is to offer with our products the highest quality and the greatest number of qualities in the most natural way possible.
